Product Description
Fire Armor's flame resistant apparel offers exceptional protection against flames, flash fires, hot coals/metals and electrical arcs. Designed and tested for oil, gas, steel
environments, petrochemical and electrical maintenance, fire armor apparel meets or exceeds all required flame resistant standards and specifications
Fire Resistant clothing is essentially worn as insurance. In the unlikely event of a flash fire, electric arc, metal splash or other catastrophe, Fire Resistant work clothing reduces burn injury, provides escape time, and increases chances of survival. Even though a person caught in a flash fire or electric arc will likely have some injuries, Fire Resistant clothing can dramatically reduce their severity. This can mean the difference between life and death.
Pants are made with 9.5 oz/sq yd, 100% FR treated cotton sateen fabric, independently certified to meet ASTM D 6413-99 FTM 191A- Method 5903.1 before and after 50 industrial washings. Pants include four pockets, zipper fly, belt loops and non-reflective black snap.
