All these possible applications do not require the same type of respiratory protection: some requires protection against dust, other against gas and/or vapors, or both against gas vapors and dust. The Filters have different protection classes: P3 , A2P3, A2B2P3, ABEK, ABEKP3 are the most used. Ours are A2B2E2K1P3 (EN141). Filters offered are for CBW (Chemical Biological Warfare ) protection.
There is a safety valve on the gas mask to allow the changing of the canister/filter without letting in outside air. Full instructions included.
- The Masks have nosepieces to prevent misting of the lenses.
- The Masks have Voice emitters to enable you to speak and be heard audibly when wearing them.
The ABEKP3 filter is composed of ABEK active carbon and this carbon protects against gases at a wider spectrum, nervine gas included and P3 captures nuclear and biological particulates. The canister is metallic, and our filter is polypropilene which all the latest filters with the latest technology are made of polypropilene.
The filters have a high capacity ( contains more activated charcoal for longer life) and have a very low breathing resistance.
